What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message text. We also store your cookie consent choice in your browser (see the cookie notice). We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and document our communications (legitimate interest and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract). Consent preferences are stored to honor your choice about non-essential storage.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. Consent choices remain until you clear site data or withdraw consent via the cookie preferences control.

Sharing

Inquiry data is handled by our same-domain form endpoint (/api/inquiry) and is not sold. We use infrastructure providers only as needed to host the site and deliver email—under contracts that require confidentiality.

Your rights under PDPA

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us using the details above; we will verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Taiwan, your message may be processed on servers located in Taiwan. We describe cross-border aspects in project contracts when they apply to paid work.
